A significant voice in Brazilian music, Rio de Janeiro-born, Beverly Hills-based Bianca Rossini is renowned for her sensuous performances of Bossa Nova, Samba and Bolero at the forefront of L.A.'s current wave of Brazilian music. Growing up with international musical influences, Bianca always had a gift for creating impromptu lyrics and music. During her acting career she composed music for TV series The Sentinel and David Kelley’s Chicago Hope.

Many years passed as Bianca kept searching for "her musical partner." One day, Bianca's friend, music critic Don Heckman, heard her improvise a song during their phone conversation and said, "Bianca, your lyrics and melodies deserve the best composers, you must do your own album." That conversation changed her perception of her own remarkable, but still unexpressed musical talent. In the following two weeks she wrote a dozen songs with one of Brazil's leading composer/singer Sergio Santos, and from there, she began writing with some of the best composers in Brazil and in Los Angeles. By the end of 45 days, she had 150 songs. Today it's more than 250 songs...she's stopped counting.

Bianca's debut album "Kiss of Brasil" will be launched Spring 2010, produced by Peter Roberts, featuring her original songs, co-written with Marilyn Berglas, Harvey Mason, Steve Rawlins, Peter Roberts, Ken Hirsch, Dana Kaproff, Patrick Lockwood, and Jon Gilutin. "Kiss of Brasil" also includes performances by Grant Geissman, Larry Koonse, Grecco Buratto, Roberto Montero, Marco Tulio, Sandro Feliciano, Cassio Duarte and Doug MacDonald.
