Bianca
International talent
Bianca Rossini began acting, dancing and performing at age 3.
She has numerous film and television credits. Currently, Bianca
produces and hosts her own popular TV talk show, The Bianca
Rossini Show, broadcast in Los Angeles. Here, in addition
to her film and television career, Bianca pursues a lifelong
passion for hearing people’s stories, using her gift for getting
people to open up and share themselves. The Bianca Rossini
Show airs twice weekly: on Adelphia Cable at 10:30 pm on
Tuesdays and on AT&T Cable at 10:00 pm on Wednesdays. Bianca
speaks with achievers in the arts, entertainment, health, political
and other fields. Among her recent guests are Paul Mazursky,
Dori Caymmi, Gloria Allred. and Dom Deluise.
As a dancer, Bianca
toured Europe and Brazil as a soloist with GEMUNB (Brazilian
contemporary music group), performed with Improvisation Unlimited
Dance Group of the University of Maryland in the Washington,
DC area and has choreographed and taught extensively in the
east coast prior to moving to Los Angeles. She has taught courses
and workshops in Afro-Brazilian Dance, Movement Improvisation
for Actors and Dancers, Dance for Children, Movement for Models
and Movement for Senior Citizens. She attended the University
of Maryland and George Washington University as a Dance and
Theater Major and studied at the Washington School of Ballet
and at studios in Rio, Paris and New York. Her Afro-Brazilian
dance classes at the Voight Fitness Center and the Beverly Hills
Fitness Club were widely acclaimed and attended by top industry
professionals.
Upon her arrival
in Los Angeles, Bianca quickly landed a National Commercial
for Polaroid and a supporting role in director Paul Mazursky’s
“Moon Over Parador” where she tangoed memorably with Richard
Dreyfuss (she also choreographed the film). She also lit up
the screen in the award winning Mango-Tango Levi’s campaign.
Her other commercial credits include Budweiser, AT&T, Coca-Cola,
Sprint, MCI, Infiniti, Sony and McDonalds.
Bianca filled the
house at Luna Park with a series of sensuous performances of
Bossa Nova, Samba and Bolero music, at the front of the current
wave of Brazilian music in L.A. She has MC’d and performed at
the Brazilian Festival at the Ford Amphitheater in Hollywood.
On television,
Bianca has had starring roles in shows like “Martial Law,” “Diagnosis
Murder,” “Chicago Hope” and “Matlock.” In her recent appearance
on WB’s “The Sentinel,” Bianca gave a standout performance of
a young Cuban-American woman who channels Afro-Cuban deities.
Here, Bianca acted, sang, danced, choreographed and composed
for the episode.
On the big screen,
Bianca’s credits include “Mobsters,” “Brainiacs,” “Moon Over
Parador” and “The Fourth Tenor.” Bianca has acted with Richard
Dreyfuss, Dick Van Dyke, Christian Slater, Dom Deluise, James
Spader, Hector Elizondo, Arsenio Hall and Richard Romanus.
A truly international
talent, Biaca Rossini hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She
speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French. Bianca
has written Julia, a novel about the tantalizing, passionate
world of the European modeling scene. She also co-wrote a sitcom
pilot “Chiquitas” and the story for a miniseries in collaboration
with Brazil’s top comedy actor Chico Anysio.
